Face It

“Anytime you hold onto the past, for anything in any area of your life, it will show up in your habits, in your behavior. It shows up in the way you treat other people. It shows up in the way you feel about yourself. It shows up in your health. It has to come out in some form.”

  1. What a wonderful observation!
    This is similar to the Buddhist belief in Karma. Karma though is not perceived as punishment nor anything fatalistic like so many Westerners would believe. It is more a state of mind..an imprint that can either be positive or negative. Meditation is considered the best means to change negative Karma into positive Karma.
