When I first came on the Internet I was looking for self-injury sites. At
that time there was no category in Yahoo for self-injury. Now there is, and
I’m really excited that at least on the Internet, self-injury is getting
recognition. Not that I am happy that people are hurting themselves. But I
am happy there is more people coming “out of the closet.” With these links,
I hope to give self-injurers and there significant others with a list of
resources on the net that might just help them figure out that they are not
crazy and like the self-harm motto has become: THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE.
That said:
I know it’s not perfect.
I know it’s totally disorganized.
I know there are a million more links to post.
I know it probably sucks.
