She utilizes all of her resources and doesn’t just pass on to another employee. She makes sure she finds the answer herself. Most reps would send a note and let that department handle it. Sarah called the technical support at the vendor to find out the answer. They initially were unsure so Sarah had them contact her back once they researched. Sarah then followed up with the customer to let them know what she found out. She took ownership and followed up on concern. I was out of the office on vacation once and one of my customers called with an issue. Sarah spent a lot of time resolving the issue for the customer even though it was parts related she does not work in parts. When I came back from vacation I was amazed at the amount of time and the detail of the work she had done to resolve the issue. It was completely handled when I got back to work. What a courteous and dedicated employee we are lucky to have in our service department! She does a great job on focusing on the customer!!
