Yesterday I had Lyft on as I was coming back from Midland. And I had to cut my conversation off about 30 minutes west of Ozona because I kept losing service.
However, the service came on long enough for me to be offered a ride to pick someone up from literally the middle of nowhere out there. At some rundown gas station.
Turns out he was a truck driver, his truck had broken down, And he needed to go all the way back to San Antonio to pick up a rental. A 3-hour trip.
And it provided more than I had need of. Pretty cool.
The interesting thing was that I had slept in and originally not even planned to go that way. But Someone knew what they were doing.
Hope that encourages someone. The message to me lately has been to have patience. It’s not yet the end of the story.
