I am so impressed! I was searching for a product in my local HEB grocery store. I could not find it so I used their corporate website to send an inquiry this morning. Within what seemed like an hour, someone from their corporate offices contacted me and then a manager from my local store also contacted me. They didn’t send me a standard form email. They actually called me on the phone! Impeccable service. This is why I don’t want to move anywhere that doesn’t have an HEB. When I visit places where HEB doesn’t operate, I get homesick and feel lost. Kudos to the whole HEB team!! Keep it up. Your concern for the customer beats out any competitor in town any day. I love my #HEB!
