I actually feel a little elated. Gosh. I finally found it! Whoohoo! Blue mascara.

Not all that I expected it to be. But then, what is?

I’d like to thank the makeup whore who told me about Maybelline’s Great Lash Mascara in blue. Clarified: royal blue. I searched and searched the isles of my HEB in Belton, Texas (aka Bumfarq, Egypt) and finally found it on the very bottom row, waiting for me. There were only three royal blues, opposed to the gazillion blacks and millions of browns. Go figure.

I originally was looking for a Christian Dior hair wand, but I can only dream about finding one in my vicinity.

I tried the blue mascara on a strand of my hair. All I can report is that it didn’t show up real well; I have dark, dark brown hair. And it made my hair crusty.

It looked and worked out better when I pulled the blue-colored strand up into my ponytail. It contrasted with the other hair fairly well.

On my eyes it looked beautiful!! Only pure glee felt I. Oh I could go on and on.

I feel so darned selfish. Whoo ha ha ha ha! It’s all mine! It’s all mine! Yee-ah!

I just thought of something? What if they stop making it? The blue mascara? I must sign off now and run down to the store and buy the other two tubes.
